Kingdom Service Questions

The Kingdom Service Questions Book is a 64-page manual that was not for general distribution among Jehovah’s Witnesses. It was to be kept in the Congregation’s permanent file and used as a reference for elders.

Page 1 of this manual opens with the following statement:

This booklet is the property of the  [insert name]  Congregation.

It is to be retained in the congregation permanent file. Its counsel is for the guidance of the congregation committee in handling matters with members of the congregation. It can be referred to as the basis for reaching decisions and complying with the Society’s policy, but is not to be studied at any meeting, nor placed in general circulation among the publishers.
