This document contains both the Summons and First Amended Complaint of plaintiffs Deryk Terril and Daniel Enholm verus the Jehovah’s Witnesses. The Defendants include the South Hill Congregation and Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society of Pennsylvania. Plaintiffs reserve the right to amend this complaint to add or clarify additional defendants.

This civil suit alleges that John Earl Jones was a Ministerial Servant, then Elder for the Jehovah’s Witnesses, and during the relevant time periods, sexually abused the plaintiffs as a result of his positions of trust within the congregation. It likewise alleges that the Jehovah’s Witness corporate leadership in New York was responsible for the oversight of Mr. Jones along with other appointed men under their direction.
