ORDER

NOW, August 6, 2021, upon consideration of Petitioner’s “Reply in Further Support of Application for Case Management Order” (Petitioner’s Reply), and Respondent’s “Application to Strike Petitioner’s Reply” (Application to Strike), it appearing that Petitioner’s Reply was filed without leave of Court and subsequent to the filing of Respondent’s answer to Petitioner’s Application for a Case Management Order, which is not permitted under Pennsylvania Rule of Appellate Procedure 123, Respondent’s Application to Strike is GRANTED. Petitioner’s Reply is hereby stricken from the docket.
