CASE MANAGEMENT ORDER

NOW, August 5, 2021, following argument on Petitioner’s “Application for Case Management Order,” the application is GRANTED as follows:

1. All fact and expert discovery in this matter shall be completed not later than December 31, 2021.

2. Petitioner shall identify and submit curriculum vitae and expert reports of all expert witnesses intended to testify at trial to Respondent not later than the close of discovery on December 31, 2021.

3. Respondent shall identify and submit curriculum vitae and expert reports of all expert witnesses intended to testify at trial to Petitioner not later than January 31, 2022.

4. All dispositive motions shall be filed and served not later than January 31, 2022.
