This 1983 letter from Watchtower to all bodies of elders documents new procedures involving the reporting of disfellowshippings and disassociations to the Watchtower Society. The letter gives instructions on filling out the S-77 Notification form, along with the procedures for mailing these forms to the Jehovah’s Witness Headquarters in special Blue Envelopes.
